Hope That Does Not Disappoint
Romans 5:5
Hope is often described as wishful thinking. Biblical hope is different. It is a settled confidence that what God has promised, He will do. Because God has poured out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, our hope is not a gamble — it is an anchor.
A short prayer
Father, when I am tempted to trust my circumstances, help me to trust Your character. Anchor my hope in Christ. Amen.
