Sin and the Fall

All humanity has sinned in Adam and is unable to save itself apart from grace.

Created in God's image, humanity fell into sin through Adam's disobedience (Romans 5:12). All people are now sinners by nature and by choice, spiritually dead apart from Christ, and cannot make themselves righteous before God. Sin brings guilt, separation from God, moral corruption, and, without repentance, eternal judgment.
